✨🌿I was contemplating this the other day as I was trying to wrap my mind around why some people just feel the need to choose to be needlessly unkind to downright cruel to others . As I reflected it really occurred to me that it doesn't matter really . That's not my problem to even concern myself with . What energy, actions/ thought forms or words we put out into the quantum energy field is what we get returned to us. That's the order we give to the universe, essentially.
Just focusing on sending healing energy & blessings to yourself and others . Is the most powerful transcending /transmuting, action / non reaction that can be done .
It just brought me back to the first time I heard my spirit guides saying "Energy flows where intention goes" . When I was feeling unsure of how or where to direct my own energy at the time. That helped something just click in my mind to just be mindful of what I'm adding to the energies around me and not to be hurt or take it personally by others actions.
Of course always easier said than done sometimes. That takes practice and intentionally detatching yourself emotionally from the situation.
Our "dark" /karmic "teachers" (connections, relationships ) are painful yet powerful aids in our own soul development. They are huge catalysts for us to self actualize and become more self aware of our own triggers or parts that need healing/care. If we choose to see them as that .
